RETURN POLICY
- Item MUST be in original condition with tags attached.
- Contact customer service (contactus@heysis.co) for a Return Authorization Number within 2 days of original delivery date.
- Packages must be postmarked and mailed within 7 business days of original delivery date.
- Include Name, Order Number and Return Authorization Number inside the return package.
- Once we receive your return, we will credit your account towards your next purchase.
- Shipping is not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
